Cavalia is on tour since 2003 with their first show. A new show will be leaving to go on tour for many years to come throughout Canada and United States. That is why we are looking to fill different positions such as Tour service director.
Under the authority of the tour director, the tour service director will manage all operations related to local transportation, housing, human resources, food and computer department.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Make sure that the different general orientations of the tour and human resources are respected;
- Plan the logistic of transportation and housing for the subsequent town in collaboration of the tour service coordinator;
- Follow up with the different human resources files such as work permit, insurance recruitment, CSST, etc;
- Follow up with the budget and operation of the computer and food department;
- Manage all the demands coming from the other departments;
- Do in depth research and analyze the elaboration of new files or policies;
- Participate in hiring the permanent staff of the department;
- Meet the other directors to make sure of that everything goes well in the general operations of the tour;
- Any other tasks related to the success of the operations.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Bachelors’ degree in administration or relevant experience in a wide ranging production;
- Experience in transport logistic and housing is an asset;
- Experience in managing a team;
- Knowledge in working laws;
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Bilingual;
