I create meaningful experiences and interactions between people and brands. I'm an idea person and a conceptual thinker who thinks outside the box and loves a challenge. Spending the better part of my life absorbed in the retail industry, I've spent the past 6 years leading a highly innovative creative team for a major Canadian retailer. Passionate about sustainability, I am also the Creative Director for The SWAP Team, North America's largest clothing swap for charity, where we apply cutting edge strategies to connect and create the most impactful experience with our clients. Because of this, my work continues to evolve and I with it.

    With The SWAP Team from January 2012 to present in Montreal.
    Directing positioning, branding and creative strategy for the brand. Conceiving and implementing strategic positioning and innovative ideas that enhance user engagement and experience. Working closely with cross-functional team to develop and roll out new event ideas.
  • Customer Experience, Marketing & Brand Strategist Current

    From January 2011 to present in Montreal.
    Developing and implementing commercially viable strategies. Conducting Customer Journey Mapping and advising on Multi Channel Experience & Loyalty Drivers. Delivering an impactful storytelling experience for customers. Developing dynamic marketing strategies and communications plans. Creating content strategy for social media, websites and promotional material.
  • Creative Team Leader

    With Garage, Groupe Dynamite Inc. from January 2005 to January 2011 in Montreal.
    Managed staff, budgets and all creative output for the Visual department for 150+ stores internationally. Provided direction on all strategies focusing on brand alignment and a powerful customer experience. Researched & forecasted trends that outlined market opportunities, trends and consumer behavior patterns. Was instrumental in the establishment of visual best practices for ensuring seamless execution of international campaigns.
