Helen Koya

I see myself as an optimist; I’m very energetic and this is reflected in all aspects of my life, both work and play. I have a penchant for meticulous organisation which is aided by my patient hard working nature. But in all this, I still like to ensure I have fun in everything I do. I’m still young at heart and always eager to learn, which helps me to adapt to different environments.

I’m interested in maintaining good health and personal fitness. I find reading is one of the best ways there is to gain knowledge; I enjoy learning and understanding new things. I really love the entertainment arts; as an actress, I obviously have an interest in film and theatre. I feel an affinity towards social work because I like to contribute to society and like making a positive impact on those around me. Travel and adventure is what moved me from London, England to currently Montreal, Canada, I am always on the lookout for the next life adventure.
