The Movie Lot was my first employer. From 2007 until 2009 I took part in the production of films for web, which were then implemented in online sales tools. In my function as a director of photography I coordinated a team of camera and lighting assistents.

Following my film studies (Bachelor in Fiction Film, Master in Documentary Film) I enrolled at the Transmedia Postgraduate Program for Arts + Media + Design; a two-year education in artistic research, focused on applying new media in an artistic practice. This experience made me become familiar with the use of online social media such as Blogger, Wordpress, YouTube, Vimeo, Twitter and Facebook.

In January of 2010 I contributed to the organisation of THE PIGS OF TODAY ARE THE HAMS OF TOMORROW in the English town of Plymouth. This 3-day symposium was the first of its kind, co-curated by the impending Marina Abramović Institute for Preservation of Performance Art. As artistic researcher I assisted in the offline and online archiving of the symposium's proceedings. Filip Daniels (a fellow Transmedia classmate) and myself designed a 'mapping table' allowing participants to take active part in the event. Next to that I was in charge of managing the social networking sites I had proposed to the Plymouth Arts Centre, aside from the Facebook and Twitter accounts they already had in their arsenal.

At the end of 2010 I worked for ARGOS centre for art & media in Brussels. I covered the social media department (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and Vimeo) - this time within the frame of the OPEN ARCHIVE #2 festival. In between I performed video-technical tasks, archived new acquisitions to the centre's collection and helped coordinate the documentation of the events taking place throughout the festival.

After finishing Transmedia, I completed a second post-master course - a.pt (advanced performance training) - in the beginning of 2011.
